Facturation (Water/Garbage)
Three ‘water/garbage’ bills are issued in a year for each customer. For the first billing period (January to April) and the third billing period of a year (September to December) the bills are based on an estimate of the previous year’s water consumption. The bill is issued in the second billing period, which includes the months of May to August, when the water meters are read.
